These Terms of Service & Rules (“Terms”) constitute a binding legal agreement between you (“User”) and Softrealm Solutions (“Company”) regarding your usage of the Odogwu Predict mobile application (“App”). By creating an account, you explicitly agree to these rules.
1. Eligibility & Free-To-Play Model
- No Financial Stake Required: Odogwu Predict is a 100% free-to-play skill platform. Users do not wager, buy, deposit, or risk real currency or valuable considerations to participate.
- Age Restrictions: Users must meet local legal age standards (typically 18+ in primary jurisdictions) to receive cash payouts.
2. Predictor Mechanics & Technical Lockdowns
- Match Selection: Every Thursday, the platform releases 10 marquee football matches for upcoming weekend rounds.
- The Lockdown Window: All entries and revisions must be finalized before the official Friday night lockdown deadline displayed via the live home-screen countdown timer. Once the first match kicks off, submittal streams are strictly closed.
- Prediction Modification Rules: Users are permitted one (1) free prediction edit per week. Unlimited editing privileges can be unlocked exclusively by successfully watching a designated Rewarded Video Advertisement prior to the lockdown countdown.
3. Leaderboards & Weekly Cash Prizes
- Prize Structuring: Cash prizes are distributed weekly to verified leaderboard rankings from Position 1 (The Odogwu) through Position 4, expanding down to Position 10. Ultimate reward sizes are variable and explicitly determined by active promotional cycles.
- Tie-Breaker Protocol: In the event of matching raw prediction point totals, the platform enforces a “Golden Goal Minute” precision tie-breaker mechanism to evaluate clean structural placement.
- Payout Claims: Eligible Top 10 users must fill out the secure in-app payout form providing complete bank data. Falsifying details, using proxy accounts, or failing to respond to administrative verification within 7 calendar days will result in reward forfeiture.
- Mini-Leagues: Private and community mini-leagues are designed purely for recreation and localized bragging rights. The Company holds zero liability or oversight regarding independent prizes or wagers negotiated within personal sub-communities.

4. Code of Conduct & Anti-Cheating Anti-Fraud Policies
To maintain strict competitive balance, the following behaviors are strictly illegal and result in immediate account termination and permanent bans:
- Constructing or operating duplicate alternative accounts to saturate prediction permutations.
- Utilizing reverse-engineered APIs, macro programs, scripts, or bot software to automate submittals.
- Exploiting system glitches or database timing bugs to submit predictions past the match lockdown event.
5. Intellectual Property & User Assets
The App UI layout, codebase structures, graphics asset styling, and original branding elements (such as “The Odogwu” crown system) remain exclusive proprietary items owned by Softrealm Solutions. Users retain the simple right to share native leaderboard export card graphics on personal social networks.
6. Limitation of Liability
The Company is not responsible for missing entry windows or lost points stemming from individual device connection timeouts, internet drops, external cloud server maintenance delays, or third-party athletic fixture cancellations.
